Señora Berta will join us to share her secrets in making Mole Poblano, Mole Amarillo, and Mole Pipian.
Señora Berta is a treasure. She has been instrumental in developing Mesa Mercado’s wonderful menu. She will share the ingredients that go into each of these delicious Moles and tips on cooking and serving them. This is a Pre-Pay Event. As always, Hambre Club members pay only $25, and can purchase 3 seats and get a fourth free. General Public pays $35. Here’s what we’ll enjoy:
